Initial 30-minute consultation before we start to go over your goals and needs and form a collaborative connection.
Check-ins with any video analysis after Weeks 4 and 9
Wrap-up at the end of Week 13 to review how the program went and address how to reach your goals moving forward
Pricing
$75-250
Programs are priced on a sliding scale with flexible payment options. We estimate the value of the program to be in the middle of the sliding scale. The lower end of the sliding scale will be less of a barrier to strength for some folks, and the upper end of the scale offers an extra chance to give more if you have the means. All funds go directly toward Strength For All Bodies’ mission to expand inclusivity and accessibility in strength sports, and those who purchase a training program at any price will be helping us organize more events and develop more resources for our community.
